Balázs holds a degree in electrical engineering from the Budapest University of Technology. Early in his career, he worked as a production plant engineer, later earning a master's degree in international industrial project management. He went on to spend nearly a decade in the energy sector, holding various expert and managerial roles across several European countries. He is deeply committed to minimizing all forms of waste—particularly energy waste and the associated air pollution.
